No. A pass is for the gathering, not for a person. One pass covers everyone who listens to that service, whether that is a handful of people or the whole room, and every language they pick between them. A church with guests in Persian, Ukrainian and Spanish buys one pass for the Sunday, not one for each guest and not one for each language. It is closer to booking the interpreter for the service than to buying a ticket for the listener, except that it covers every language at once and the listeners use their own phones.
Then the pass is still yours. A pass is spent only when someone actually listens, so a quiet Sunday costs you nothing.
Yes. Listeners join for free on their own phones or laptops. Only the host subscription determines how many languages, how many listeners per room, and how much usage time is available.
Credits are Mulingai's platform currency for metered usage. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing period. How credits work: 1 credit = 1 minute of base streaming (1 source language + 1 target language) Adding more target languages increases the credit rate (see "How is credit usage calculated?") “Supported languages” means MulingStream can translate across 200+ languages overall across the platform. “Simultaneous languages per room” means how many target languages you enable for one event at the same time. This is plan-based (for example, up to 5). During the event, listeners in the same room can join at the same time and each choose one of the enabled languages to read captions or listen to audio in their own language.
